Part-Time Retail Merchandiser – San Jose, CA 95118 Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser. This position enhances the retail experience by creating eye‑catching displays for global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Responsibilities Complete merchandising projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients and maintain high presentation standards. Schedule up to 20 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm). No weekends or evenings. Provide same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each store visit. Potential for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling. Benefits Compensation: $26.00 per hour for general merchandising projects. Higher rates for technical projects based on need. W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage. Paid training to prepare for program success. Accrue PTO hours weekly worked. Qualifications Previous merchandising, 3PL, or other relevant retail experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory. Strong attention to detail; follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Capable of working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus. Must possess a driver’s license and a personal vehicle for travel to store locations.
