Our customer is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can also sell products to existing customers. This position is located in Clive. This is a temp-to-hire role.
Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00 Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Tuesdays 7:00am-5:00pm) Duties:

Customer Service Representative / Intro to Sales
Our customer is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can also sell products to existing customers. This position is located in Clive. This is a temp-to-hire role.
Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00 Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Tuesdays 7:00am-5:00pm) Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and assisting customers with understanding their accounts and processing requests.
- Assist the collection managers with transfers, rewrites, repos, refused returns, letters and other paperwork.
- Enter contracts into computer system.
- Assist with closing accounts, process deferrals & extensions and ending contracts.
- Filing & sorting.
- Preparing UCC paperwork.
- Ability to "sell" equipment to customer base.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, 10 key and phone operations (APAK exp preferred but can be learned).
- Type 35 to 40 words a minute.
- Solid communication, phone skills.
- 2+ years Customer Service experience is important (handling difficult customers).
- Ability to multitask, problem solve.
