Occupational Therapist School Setting - Berkeley, CA

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid occupational therapy licensure
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
- Comfort providing services across all grade levels (K-12)
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and service providers
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet students' diverse needs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to support students' academic and functional success
- Assess students' abilities and develop actionable treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student independence and participation
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Support a positive and inclusive school environment by recommending classroom modifications and strategies
- Utilize a variety of tools and technologies, including teletherapy when needed, to reach all learners
