Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working in school-based OT or similar pediatric settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students for up to 2 hours each week
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized student treatment plans
• Consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement accommodations and OT interventions
• Document student progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and prepare required reports
• Support transitions, classroom participation, and skill-building that fosters student independence
