Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for California
• Pediatric/school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to travel throughout San Francisco as an itinerant provider

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to students across assigned schools (K-12)
• Collaborate with education teams to create and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
