Senior Pricing Analyst - Government Contracts

We will also consider qualified candidates for remote work within approved U.S. states. You'll lead pricing for proposals supporting our public sector and mission-driven clients, building compliant, competitive cost volumes for federal, state, foundation, and nonprofit opportunities. Working closely with program teams, business development, contracts, HR, and finance, you'll create audit-ready Excel models, apply FAR/2 CFR 200 cost principles, and clearly communicate pricing assumptions to reviewers and leaders.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end pricing for proposals, from solicitation review and strategy through final cost volume submission. Build and maintain audit-ready Excel models including labor, indirects, escalation, fee, and subcontractors that are clear, accurate, and easy to defend. Apply and interpret cost principles and requirements such as FAR Part 31, 2 CFR 200, and agency guidance to ensure compliant, responsive pricing. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate staffing and level of effort into budgets, validate rates and assumptions, and integrate subcontractor proposals and required flowdowns. Support cost narratives and final proposal reviews, checking for cost realism, consistency with the technical approach, and mathematical accuracy. Help strengthen pricing templates, tools, and processes, and provide support for audits, negotiations, and post-award analysis. Contribute to select FP&A activities, including supporting budget-to-actual variance analysis and providing pricing data to inform internal financial planning discussions. What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on pricing experience for federal and/or state government contracts. Advanced Excel skills and comfort building complex, multi-variable pricing models. Working knowledge of FAR Part 31 and 2 CFR 200, including experience across contract types (cost-reimbursable, T&M, fixed price). Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven proposal environment. Even Better if You BringPricing experience for health-focused programs (e.g., HHS/CMS/CDC/NIH/HRSA; Medicaid/public health). Familiarity with GSA Schedules and contract vehicles such as IDIQs/GWACs. Experience supporting audits and indirect rate activities (e.g., DCAA) and/or competitive price-to-win work. Familiarity with tools such as GovWin IQ, Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI, and/or Deltek Costpoint. Some exposure to FP&A concepts or processes, such as budget development, variance reporting, or financial forecasting. Collaborate effectively across teams, translating technical inputs into clear, defensible pricing. Manage multiple deadlines, prioritize quickly, and keep quality high under pressure. Where You'll WorkIf you’re near one of our offices (Silver Spring, MD; or Novi, MI), you’ll join us in person one day every other month (6 times per year) for a fun, purpose-driven Collaboration Day.
