The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and advancing an enterprise partnership strategy that aligns with the organization's growth, visibility, and long-term brand objectives. This role requires a leader who can advise regional and local teams on partnership priorities, review and enhance current sponsorships, and identify opportunities to expand successful regional initiatives into national programs. The Executive Director will also direct the planning and oversight of partnerships across various channels, including sports, entertainment, community engagement, and business relationships, and ensure that all activities are in line with the company's brand stewardship. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have significant leadership experience in managing large and complex partnership portfolios, with a proven track record in developing brand activation or strategic alliance programs. The role demands a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment across cross-functional teams, and maintain brand consistency across multiple activations.
