Pay Rate: $22.00 Hourly
Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday either 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator to manage order processing and customer/carrier communications. This role ensures timely order entry, accurate recordkeeping, and smooth communication across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities for the Order Coordinator:
· Order Management: Receive, enter, and process orders; update shipment dates and adjust for shortages.
· Customer & Carrier Communications: Liaise daily to resolve issues and confirm order details.
· Documentation & Acknowledgments: Generate acknowledgements, advance shipping notices (ASN), and labels for designated customers.
· Shipping Coordination: Issue freight orders
· Inventory & Pallet Handling: Prepare pallet tags, complete pallet count logs, and coordinate with the warehouse.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
· Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
· Excellent communication for daily interaction with external parties.
· Familiarity with order entry systems, ASN, freight orders, and warehouse reporting tools.
· Previous data entry experience in an office setting
· Ability to multitask and adapt to changing shipment schedules.
