About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, IT to lead its information technology function with a strong focus on both operational execution and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing core systems and services, strengthening infrastructure and processes, and establishing the necessary operating rhythms to support the organization's mission and long-term growth. This hands-on leadership role requires a pragmatic, systems-oriented technology leader with a servant-leadership mindset, capable of connecting mission, operations, and technology while building structure and accountability. Key responsibilities include leading the creation and implementation of an AI strategy, enterprise integration and modernization, and overseeing cybersecurity and compliance. The SVP, IT will also be a visible advocate for technology, with a strong focus on operational reliability, scalability, and mission impact. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, IT position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, with a specialization in enterprise architecture, application development, and business systems integration. The role demands a proven leader and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, adept at driving organizational change and aligning IT strategy with business objectives. A strong background in enterprise application consolidation and modernization, as well as experience in multi-channel retail, e-commerce, educational technology, or workforce solutions, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, a history of delivering enterprise-wide initiatives on time and within budget, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, cloud-based architectures, data analytics, and cybersecurity best practices. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience being a plus.
