- Position Title: Vice President of Operation
- Location: Texas (Regional Oversight)
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Experience: Senior living operational leadership experience required
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive program

- 5+ years of experience in senior living operations leadership, preferably in a regional or multi-site role
- Experience supporting Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred
- Proven track record of improving operational performance, resident satisfaction, and financial outcomes
- Strong knowledge of senior living regulations, compliance requirements, and operational best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Provide operational oversight and leadership across multiple senior living communities within the region
- Support Executive Directors and community leadership teams to ensure strong operational performance
- Monitor financial performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio
- Collaborate with executive leadership to implement operational strategies and performance initiatives
- Lead operational improvement initiatives and support best practice implementation across communities
- Foster strong relationships with regional leaders, community teams, residents, and families
- Is ranked among the Top 10 U.S. & Americas Search Firms
- Has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Business Week, CNN
