About the Role Lovely Bride is seeking a warm, upbeat Front of House team member to create an inviting, organized, and exceptional client experience in our New York City showroom. You will be a brand ambassador who supports stylists, manages client flow, and helps maintain showroom presentation. Key Responsibilities Greet clients with positive energy; ensure every guest feels welcome and supported. Create and maintain an inviting, organized showroom and client‑facing areas. Coordinate appointment flow, manage wait lists and adjust schedules as needed. Handle client communications: email inboxes, phone calls, text confirmations. Support stylists with go‑backs, fittings, and client needs during appointments. Contribute to sales goals; help maximize qualified appointments and identify business opportunities. Assist with in‑store events, trunk shows, and social media content as requested. Help with showroom displays, inventory care, and operational/marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Friendly, engaging, customer-service focused; thrives on connecting with people. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Comfortable using email and phone for client communications. Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Contribute a team‑player attitude. Style wedding looks from our curated designer collection of gowns and accessories. Build genuine relationships with brides and their loved ones. Offer excellent customer service before, during, and after every bride’s appointment. Meet personal sales goals while keeping the experience feel‑good and pressure‑free. Keep the shop looking inviting, organized, and ready for every appointment. Collaborate with a close‑knit team who genuinely love what they do. What We’re Looking For You have retail, bridal, or customer‑facing experience (bridal is a plus, not a must!). You have a genuine love for fashion, styling and helping people feel their most confident. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
