About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Finance, Digital Infrastructure Group to join their mission of accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence. The successful candidate will serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner to the Digital Infrastructure Group, which is at the forefront of the industrial revolution, focusing on the intersection of corporate finance, deal structuring, and capacity planning. This high-visibility role involves providing financial modeling, deal analytics, and capital discipline to support the ambitious real estate, power, and joint venture opportunities that shape the company's data center platform. The VP will be responsible for financial advisory, deal structuring, capacity and capital planning, investment analysis, performance management reporting, and cross-functional leadership to ensure that financial plans are aligned with corporate targets. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive finance experience, with a strong background in data center, real estate, infrastructure, or energy finance. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial modeling, deal structuring, and strategic growth, as well as the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis effectively to executive, Board, and investor audiences. Experience in digital infrastructure investment, development, or corporate development is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will also have a background in structuring or financing joint ventures, sale-leasebacks, or project-level debt for infrastructure assets, and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
