Shift Manager

The Clubhouse Sports Grille - West Chester Shift Manager Manager/Shift Manager We are looking for a resourceful restaurant manager. An individual that can ensure an efficient restaurant operation, maintain high productivity of staff and deliver quality customer service. Responsibilities Supervision of scheduled shifts and all staff members while providing a positive work environment Ensure staff keep up with their tasks, including; maintaining a clean section, completion of all side work, quality customer service Deliver excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction Respond efficiently to customer inquires and complaints Require and offer the best quality food and beverage service Asses inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety Prepare cash drawers and petty cash Run daily reports and prepare nightly deposits Ability to problem solve and resolve issues as they arise Ability to work independently and confidently make your own educated decisions Other duties as directed by Owner and General Manager Requirements Proven work experience as a restaurant manager Career experience in customer service management Excellent food and beverage knowledge Computer literacy and knowledge of food and beverage software Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Promote a team environment Dependable and reliable Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Please note: This position may be subject to minimum age requirements as mandated by federal and/or state law.
