Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80918
Pay: $15.16-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job Store Staffing is hiring a Receptionist for a professional office in Colorado Springs. If you have strong customer service and administrative experience, enjoy working with people, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Duties

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression
• Screen visitors, manage sign-in, and issue visitor badges
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide administrative support to the Security department
• Assist with maintaining security databases and records
• Help track employee security training compliance
• Assist with Security on-call scheduling
• Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous administrative support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds when needed
• Comfortable working in a professional office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience
• Experience in a U.S. Government or corporate office environment
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Knowledge of Personnel Security or Physical Security processes
