Candidate must be able to work weekends. Job Description System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award‑winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space. Base hourly pay is $20/hour, our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets. Candidate must be able to work weekends. Job Responsibilities: Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport Canvassingneighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners Maintain a customer‑centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software OurField Marketing Associatesenjoy: Average FMA makes $60,000/year! Hourly pay rate of $20/hour $250 commission on each closed sale Paid training Advancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, AND more.
