Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Process Services team in an onsite capacity. This role supports critical operational functions through processing, reporting, auditing, and quality assurance activities within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence while supporting service delivery objectives.

Your role in our mission

• Execute operational processing, auditing, and quality assurance activities in accordance with established procedures and service standards
• Review, reconcile, and maintain reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational requirements
• Support adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), internal controls, and departmental workflows
• Handle confidential and sensitive information in compliance with Gainwell Technologies security and privacy policies
• Identify processing discrepancies and assist with issue resolution and continuous process improvement efforts

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process services, operations support, administrative processing, or a related environment
• Experience utilizing business systems, reporting tools, and operational software applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently while collaborating successfully within a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
