This role combinespractitionerexpertisewith quality assurance practicesto ensure our software solutions accurately support complex regulatory and operational workflows. The ISSS QA Analyst will play a key role in validating functionality across the product by conductingend-to-end testing, regression testing, andfull functionvalidationbeyond the scope of individual tickets. This position works closely withproduct managers, developers, and QA engineersto improve product quality, documentation, and testing processes. Candidates should havehands-on experience in international education, immigration case management, or global mobility operations, along with an interest in learning and applyingsoftware testing practices and tools.
