Role: Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Role Responsibilities:

Required to prioritize start of care visits

Required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants

Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits

Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit

Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office

Be generally responsive during normal business hours

Requirement: CA OT License and one year of Home Health experience

Territory: Alameda County (Will be required to expand as needed)

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation

Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the field

Documentation System: Kinnser

Equipment Issued: iPad, Ring Central

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.655/mile (from first to last patient)

Parking and Toll Reimbursement: Paid

Company Car: Option with a decreased bill rate

Bill Rate: $90

OT Rate: +$5, paid after 30 points per week

Holiday Rate: +$10

Weekend Rate: N/A

On-Call Rate: N/A

Call Back Rate: N/A

Productivity Requirement: 30 points per week

Point to Hourly Conversion: 1 = 1.33hrs

*Caseloads and visit mixes per day will equal to an average of 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs per week. Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor.
