You will lead a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include supervising shifts, training and coaching team members, and maintaining operational standards. If you're passionate about coffee, teamwork, and providing an excellent customer experience, we'd love to have you on our team.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Supervise shifts and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking and preparing orders, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Product Quality: Ensure the highest standards of coffee and food quality. Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items, adhering to Starbucks recipes and guidelines.Training and Development: Train new baristas on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock rotation.Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately. Ensure cash-handling policies and procedures are followed.Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
