We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance the daily experience and overall well-being of our residents/clients. In this role, you will design, plan, and implement engaging programs, activities, and events that promote social connection, wellness, and an elevated quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities and events
• Develop engaging programs focused on wellness, recreation, culture, and social interaction
• Build relationships with residents/clients to understand interests and preferences
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, supplies, vendors, and transportation as needed
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and outside partners to enhance programming
• Maintain activity calendars and communicate upcoming events effectively
• Ensure activities are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with participant needs
• Track participation and gather feedback to continuously improve programming
• Support special events, holidays, and themed experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in activity coordination, event planning, hospitality, senior living, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (email, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
