Senior React Native Engineer (Contract, Remote)

Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates. I'm hiring one senior React Native engineer: contract, remote within the US, starting in October.Direct contract with you only. No agencies, C2C or subcontracting.You'd be the only engineer, working directly with the founders, Adam Bancroft and Jerry Corley, and me (Aaron McElroy, Chief Product Officer).What you'll doRead the code first, then tell me what you'd fix first and whyOwn the technical decisions across the React Native app and the serverless AWS backendHelp implement ai vision and personal intelligence featuresWork from tickets written against the code itself, and push back when one is wrongShip to both app storesWhat you bringYou've shipped React Native and Expo to both storesYou've run serverless AWS in production: AppSync, DynamoDB, Lambda, CognitoYou use AI coding tools every day and check what they hand back before it shipsYou've inherited a codebase before and left it betterYou don't need to know whiskey.
