Assembly Line Worker (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Starting wage is $12.00 hour.

Position Summary

Multipure/Carbon Block Technology (CB-Tech) is looking for a dependable and motivated Bilingual Assembly Line Worker (English/Spanish) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help assemble quality water filtration products while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in producing quality work, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and production standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform a variety of assembly tasks throughout the production process.
• Conduct quality inspections on parts and finished products.
• Prepare completed products for packaging and shipment.
• Follow all work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
• Refrain from using personal cell phones during working hours except as authorized.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish .
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates demonstrate:

This position is performed in a manufacturing facility with:

• Seasonal temperature fluctuations
• Fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds .
• Perform repetitive hand, arm, and wrist movements.
• Bend, reach, stoop, twist, and grasp materials throughout the workday.
