Outside Sales Representative

Lone Star Pure Maintenance is the Houston franchise of Pure Maintenance, an Indoor Air Quality Specialist company that provides microbial sanitization services using patented dry fog technology. We help homeowners restore healthy indoor air after water events, microbial growth concerns, and lingering odors. Our process is single-day, family-friendly, and verified by independent lab sampling before and after every job. We are growing fast and we are building a small, high-output team based in Houston. About the role We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to run consultative in-home consultations for homeowners across Northeast Houston. Inside sales books the appointment, you walk the home, run the inspection alongside our field technician, present findings, and close the engagement on the spot when the homeowner is ready. You own the customer experience from first handshake to signed agreement. You will not be cold prospecting. Your job is to convert warm, qualified leads into satisfied customers. What you will do Run 3 to 6 in-home consultations per day across Northeast Houston. Lead the inspection conversation with the homeowner, ask the right questions, and document findings using CompanyCam. Present the inspection report, recommendation, and pricing in the home. Close the agreement on the spot when the homeowner is ready. Hand off to operations cleanly so the homeowner has a smooth experience from inspection through treatment. Use Housecall Pro and GoHighLevel daily to keep the pipeline accurate. Who we are looking for 3+ years of in-home, outside, or field sales experience, ideally in residential services (HVAC, windows, solar, roofing, water, security, pest control, or similar). Honest, low‑ego, hardworking. Comfortable in a homeowner's living room. Strong listener who can run a real diagnostic conversation, not a script. Comfortable with technology. We use Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, and CompanyCam. Texas based, ideally with deep Houston knowledge. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation Full commission structure with bonus accelerators. On‑target earnings of 100,000 to 200,000+ for top performers. Top closers in our model run a 40 to 50 percent close rate on qualified appointments. Leads are provided by our inside sales team. You will not pay for your own pipeline.
