Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness is seeking a Home Visitor to provide direct support to caregivers and children from pregnancy through age five under the T-MIECHV program. Visits are individualized and conducted in families' homes, focusing on building relationships, caregiver skills, and connections to community resources. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with travel across Maine communities.
