Part Time Universal Banker- 20 Hours- First Colony

We are looking for a Part‑Time Universal Banker to provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling all monies. The role delivers superior quality service, identifies client financial needs, and supports sales and service activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with a smile, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. Educate clients on digital, self‑service solutions including ATMs, online and mobile banking. Support the team sales process by participating in outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities. Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions. Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Commit to advancing knowledge of products and services through training, meetings, and web‑based learning. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of all changes. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services, handling volume based on branch demands. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience. At least six months of client relationship building or sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects. Strong PC keyboard and branch automation software skills. Ability to multi‑task under time constraints. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights. Preferred Qualifications: One year of client relationship building or sales experience. Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions and risk management. Experience with sourcing and prospecting new clients. General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures. Schedule & Compensation Regular position, 1st shift (United States of America). Compensation is $22.00–$25.00 per hour with potential incentive pay.
