Experienced LVN Charge Nurse - Geriatric Care Leader

KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is seeking a Charge Nurse in Puyallup, WA to lead nursing staff on a designated unit. The role involves direct resident care, medication administration, and coordinating daily assignments to match resident needs with staff competencies.

The incumbent will supervise direct care staff, conduct performance reviews, participate in hiring decisions, and ensure compliance with facility policies and HIPAA guidelines. Strong EMR documentation skills are required.
