About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, particularly in the wake of a major acquisition, and will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, overseeing finance, HR, and IT functions, and developing key performance indicators, dashboards, and executive reporting. The role also involves improving operational performance, leading budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and building scalable processes and organizational infrastructure. The COO will be a key partner to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive operations leadership experience, with a strong background in commercial professional services. The role requires a candidate with a hands-on leadership style, a proactive and execution-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in building processes, improving operations, and scaling organizations. Strong finance and business operations experience, including in budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and performance management, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in overseeing HR and organizational development, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
