SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across multiple trades in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and safety, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and pay between $16 and $18 per hour.
