DescriptionKforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Program Manager in Seattle, WA.Responsibilities:* Coordinate end-to-end administrative workflows supporting participant contracting for a large-scale marketing event* Prepare contract requests and supporting documentation, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal processes* Maintain operational tracking systems by updating contract statuses, validating participant information, and monitoring workflow progress* Generate reports on contract execution, outstanding deliverables, and program readiness while communicating status updates to key stakeholders* Support post-event administrative activities, including participation verification and coordination of payment readiness with cross-functional partners* Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency and efficiencyRequirements* Minimum 1-3 years in business operations or project management* Strong understanding of process best practices to improve efficiency across cross-functional teams* Strong organization and project management skills, including a working knowledge of one or many project management tools* Extreme attention to detail and customer service orientation* Ability to forge relationships across a growing and evolving organization with complex decision influences* Ability to prioritize and multitask; Ability to manage projects and campaigns with tight deadlinesJob TypeContractCompensation32 - $36
