Technical Program Manager, Central Operations

AWS Data Center Communities (DCC) operates one of the world's largest and most complex infrastructure organizations, delivering the backbone of AWS's global cloud. We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our workforce planning programs and drive the systems, models, and operational frameworks that ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.This is a high-impact, high-ambiguity role for a builder who has operated at the intersection of labor planning, technology, and operations. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
