Description

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is searching for a Fast Casual Restaurant Manager to join our thriving team in Tampa. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a fast-paced environment while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As a Fast Casual Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that guests receive top-quality service and that staff are motivated and well-trained. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing marketing strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $62,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high level of quality service
Manage, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer experiences
Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement
Coordinate promotional events and marketing initiatives
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast casual dining
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
