Let It Glow Lighting is looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our Holiday Lights Installation Team !
No previous holiday lighting experience is required — we provide paid training . If you're dependable, comfortable working outdoors and at heights, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for year-round employment . As the holiday lighting season winds down, qualified team members may have the opportunity to transition into our pest control operations , allowing you to continue working with our company throughout the year.
What You'll Do
- Install Christmas and holiday lights on residential homes
- Safely work from ladders and on rooflines
- Clip and secure lights along rooflines and other areas of the home
- Organize, prepare, and install lighting strands
- Load and unload lights, ladders, tools, and equipment
- Drive company vehicles and trailers when needed
- Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently and safely
- Assist with light removal and other seasonal work as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and follow safety procedures
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and good driving record for driving responsibilities
