Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, following established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fine dining service or bartending preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail pairings
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (if applicable)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
