Position Overview Joyce is seeking an In‑Home Field Sales Representative to lead sales efforts in the Cleveland market and deliver a high‑quality, consultative experience to homeowners. In this role you will become an expert in Joyce’s sunrooms, windows, and bathroom remodeling solutions. Compensation This is a commission‑only sales role with strong earning potential. Successful representatives typically earn between $100,000 and $125,000 annually, depending on performance.
