Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Respond swiftly and competently to medical emergencies
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Current RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 180 days
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification within 18 months
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 180 days
• Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Less than 1 year of experience in direct patient care preferred
