RN Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention of illness

Requirements:

• Current RN registration in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar setting

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
