Area Business Manager, Rare Cardiac Disease - South Florida

Area Business Manager role leading Pfizer's rare cardiac disease sales efforts across an assigned U.S. region. Responsible for executing sales strategies for Vyndamax, supervising 8-9 field representatives, and partnering with marketing and headquarters teams to drive business growth and market success.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop 8-9 Senior Health & Science Specialists with hiring and performance management
- Develop and implement area business plans aligned to national objectives and monitor forecast/budget achievement
- Partner with brand marketing to shape strategies, inform demand generation, and identify customer solutions
- Conduct field observation and coaching of representatives; ensure compliant promotional communications
- Lead quarterly business reviews, analyze market trends, and execute local account strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years specialty pharmaceutical commercial and sales leadership experience
- Rare disease and/or specialty cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years district, area, or regional management experience preferred
- Product launch experience preferred
- Strategic thinking and flawless execution capabilities
- Strong collaborative leadership and internal stakeholder management skills
Compensation: $139,000 - $280,400 base plus sales incentive bonus
