AI Tooling Engineer

To drive innovation in operational efficiency, the full-time remote AI Tooling Engineer will build AI-powered tools and automations, collaborating closely with various teams to identify and address manual workflows, while ensuring rapid deployment and user adoption. Key responsibilities Develop and implement AI agents and automations to streamline internal processes across operations, customer success, and finance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tools that enhance productivity and efficiency Iterate on tools based on user feedback, ensuring they are actively used and meet the evolving demands of the business Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in building software backend services, internal tools, or API-driven applications Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python Experience in developing applications with LLMs, such as agents or prompt-driven tools Ability to integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and SaaS tools Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders and drive tool adoption
