Clinical Case Manager: Community Health & Support
Mental Health Center
Mental Health Center of Denver is hiring a Clinical Case Manager to provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services. This role assists individuals in meeting basic needs while promoting recovery. As a Clinical Case Manager, you will also ensure access to services through transportation. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology or social work, with at least one year of relevant experience. A valid Colorado Driver's license is required.
