$3,000 Retention Bonus Available:$1,000 paid upon hire$1,000 paid after 2 years of employment$1,000 paid after 3 years of employmentWe Offer:Competitive compensation100% employer-paid health insuranceLife insurance coverageGenerous PTO, with more than two weeks available during your first three yearsNine paid holidays plus one floating holiday annually401(k) retirement planStudent loan repayment opportunitiesThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Latino individuals and familiesAbout the PositionAs a Bilingual Therapist, you will provide clinical assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, and case coordination services to clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.Therapists work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, referral sources, schools, child welfare agencies, probation officers, and community partners to support positive outcomes for individuals and families.Services may be provided in the office, home, school, or community settings depending on client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical intakes.Develop individualized treatment plans based on client strengths and needs.Provide individual, family, and group counseling services.Screen and assess clients for crisis situations, including suicidal ideation and other high-risk concerns.Coordinate care and referrals to appropriate community resources.Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.Submit progress notes and billing documentation according to agency requirements.Collaborate with schools, DHS caseworkers, probation officers, medical providers, and other referral sources.Provide client progress reports and treatment updates when appropriate.Participate in multidisciplinary staffing and treatment team meetings.Complete required training and continuing education requirements.Uphold all agency policies, ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and accreditation standards.Professional Growth OpportunitiesClinical supervision available for LPC Candidates, LMFT Candidates, LCSW Under Supervision, and eligible behavioral health professionals.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Experience working within multidisciplinary treatment teams.Opportunities to serve diverse populations in both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder programs.EducationMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Behavioral Health, or a related field.LicensureOne of the following Oklahoma credentials:LPC or LPC CandidateLMFT or LMFT CandidateLCSW or Under Supervision CandidateLADC or LADC/MHOther behavioral health licensure eligible professionals may be consideredExperienceExperience providing behavioral health services preferred.Experience working with children, families, trauma, substance use disorders, or culturally diverse populations is highly desirable.Language RequirementBilingual English/Spanish required.Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.Desired SkillsStrong clinical assessment and counseling skills.Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Commitment to professional ethics and client-centered care.Work ScheduleThis is a full-time exempt position.Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
