Lead multiple concurrent client implementations from kickoff through successful production launch Own project scope, schedule, risks, decisions, and stakeholder alignment Develop detailed implementation plans covering dependencies, critical path activities, and client readiness Facilitate organized, outcome-driven meetings with agendas, decisions, and action items Drive accountability across client and internal teams Escalate issues early with recommended solutions Serve as the trusted advisor throughout implementation Tailor communication to different audiences and build client credibility Balance client advocacy with scope, timeline, and business objectives Maintain project plans, risks, milestones, dependencies, and documentation Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and objectives Translate complex workstreams into actionable plans and follow through on commitments Improve implementation processes, templates, tools, and methodology Capture lessons learned and apply best practices Assess project health and proactively adjust plans Requirements 3–7 years of project management, implementation, consulting, or client-facing experience Experience leading complex cross-functional projects Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new industries, technologies, and business processes Enterprise client experience preferred Healthcare, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, or financial services experience is a plus but not required PMP certification is beneficial but not required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading client implementations by managing project scope, schedules, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring effective communication and accountability.
