Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
- Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Accurately generate, verify, and process high-volume customer invoices.
- Cash Application: Daily posting and reconciliation of cash receipts, checks, and electronic payments to customer accounts.
- Collections & Aging: Proactively monitor aging reports and perform professional, effective outreach on past-due accounts.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Credit Memos: Process approved credit memos and adjust account balances accurately.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain, track, and report financial data utilizing ERP systems and Excel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills (Required): Proficiency with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and large-data manipulation.
- Accounting/ERP Software: Hands-on experience with an ERP or dedicated accounting software. Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a strong plus.
- Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or general billing.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, and professional written/verbal communication skills.
