Required Skills of a Sugarist Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license 1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician 1+ years experience as a sugarist - This is required. If you do not have experience, please do NOT apply. Customer service focused, cares for clients Reliable transportation & strong work ethic Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential Responsibilities Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.
