Experienced Controls Technician

$35-$55 per hour, based on experience | Richardson, TX

Full-Time | 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Working On

Troubleshoot and repair building automation and HVAC control systems
Handle service calls involving DDC systems and integrations
Perform system diagnostics, programming adjustments, and optimization
Support installation and commissioning efforts when needed
Work with leading platforms such as:
- Tridium Niagara
- Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, ABB

Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with BAS/DDC systems
Strong troubleshooting and programming background (PLC/DDC/ladder logic)
Familiarity with major controls systems (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson, ABB, etc.)
Niagara certification is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean record

Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
