Sr Field Application Engineer

Salary: $104,000 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an Electrical Engineering degree.
• We are looking for 7+ years of technical sales experience working with OEM design engineers and channel partners.
• We need advanced knowledge of data center equipment applications, especially critical power and cooling.
• We value experience drafting initial proposal drawings for wire harnesses using CAD tools.
• We seek someone who is self-motivated and able to apply IP&E components in complex infrastructure environments.
• We expect strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and project management skills to support commercial execution.
• We need the ability to travel approximately 30%, with occasional heavier travel depending on business needs.
• We want a creative professional who can clearly demonstrate our value proposition.

• We will have you execute our go-to-market strategy by promoting our full portfolio, including connectors, relays, contactors, EMC filters, custom harnesses, electrical cabinets, and wire/cabling solutions for data center infrastructure equipment such as PDU, UPS, CDU, and switch gear.
• We will rely on you to build pipeline and drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience and solving customer challenges.
• We will have you lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing to share customer roadmaps and voice-of-customer insights for next-generation product development.
• We will expect you to communicate our customer ecosystem and subsystems to internal teams so strategy and field execution stay aligned across regions.
• We will have you strengthen strategic partnerships to expand market share across high-value, complex customers.
• We will ask you to work directly with customer engineers to address design challenges using our solutions.
• We will have you serve as our application expert, translating our value proposition and supporting growth efforts in your territory.
• We will expect extensive collaboration with customers, partners, channel representatives, and internal stakeholders in sales, product management, engineering, and marketing.
