We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As an employee-owned company, our wound care nurses have a literal stake in our success and enjoy a close-knit, specialized clinical environment over a massive, impersonal health system.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivers advanced inpatient wound care.Assesses, evaluates, and treats patient's complex acute and chronic woundsMonitors and manages wounds per treatment plans.Collaborate closely with physicians, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.Job RequirementsEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Preferred Certification: Wound Care Certification (WCC)Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred.
