This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued, and your career can thrive, with very limited Saturday work required!Key Responsibilities include:Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer serviceConduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as requiredCommunicate effectively with tenantsDraft and support in the administration of leasing and property handoversAddress maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeopleUtilise the console cloud program for effective property managementShift Details (subject to change):Monday to Friday positionOffice located in Sydney CBDFurther Details:Manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 150 properties, allowing you to focus on quality service rather than high-volume managementCompetitive bonus scheme to reward your performanceAccess ongoing learning and development opportunities to support your career growthEnjoy a strong support structure, with invoicing and compliance taken care of for youCollaborative and supportive team that values your expertise and successLaptop and mobile phone providedHybrid working opportunities availableQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:A current Property Management RegistrationHold a Class 1 licenceMinimum 2 years Property Management experienceExceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholdersSolid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirementsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as requiredPositive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomouslyAvailability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
