Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry!This position is responsible for managing, developing and motivating Sales Consultants, implementing sales plans, achieving company and/or supplier goals, monitoring, developing and maintaining account relationships and performing various administrative duties.Job responsibilities:Manage, develop and motivate Sales Consultants. Develop a list of improvement or growth goals for each Sales Consultants and monitor progress.Provide feedback to all direct reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.Educate sales staff to build/improve product knowledge and sales skills.Establish a monthly contact schedule with each Sales Consultants with a minimum of seven full day "work-withs".Provide all tools and materials necessary for Sales Consultants to successfully complete assignments.Develop and implement creative selling ideas within your team.Identify and assist in the training of your potential replacement.Conduct weekly group and individual meetings; attend and take part in the development and preparation of meetings and presentations for the divisionImplement sales plans and achieve company and/or supplier goals. Review sales versus goal progress regularly and address issues immediately.Assist in the development of brand sales programs.Monitor, develop and maintain account relationships.
