Physician Recruiter

Guiding the organization in creating market-attractive practice opportunities, the full-time remote Physician Recruiter will develop annual recruitment plans, implement sourcing strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment activities for physicians and mid-level providers. Key responsibilities Develop and execute annual physician recruitment plans aligned with community needs and strategic priorities Create and implement tactical sourcing strategies utilizing various resources, including social media and academic relationships Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities and streamline the onboarding process in collaboration with internal teams Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred Three years of recruitment experience in healthcare, with two years focused on recruiting physicians and mid-level providers Comprehensive knowledge of interviewing techniques and recruitment strategies Membership in the National Association of Physician Recruiters preferred Proven organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively
