Physician Recruiter

To support physician recruitment efforts, the remote California QME Physician Recruiter will strategically source and vet specialty physicians across various medical fields, ensuring comprehensive state coverage in California. Key responsibilities Identify and vet specialty physicians to meet recruitment needs across California Utilize computer platforms and data analysis to identify network gaps and physician fee trends Engage in cold-calling and pitching to high-level medical specialists to promote recruitment opportunities Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in physician recruitment, preferably within the IME, Workers' Comp, or Medicolegal space 2-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, provider relations, or medical-legal services Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Familiarity with California DWC, QME/AME process, and Medical-Legal Fee Schedule Strong negotiation skills and a working knowledge of medical specialties and terminology
